Salad of Kalettes® and strawberries with orange vinaigrette
• 200g Kalettes®
• 100g strawberries
• 50g walnuts
• some fresh pieces of mozzarella
• 2 oranges
• olive oil
• salt and vinegar to taste
Boil some water in a pan with a little salt. As soon as it comes to the boil, cook the kalettes for a couple of minutes. Plunge the kalettes in a bowl of iced water to stop the cooking process, the remove and drain thoroughly.
Cut the kalettes in half, and halve the strawberries. Put the Kalettes®, strawberries, walnuts, the segments of one orange and the sliced mozzarella into a bowl and set aside.
Make the vinaigrette with the grated zest and juice of the other orange, olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Whisk to combine.
Dress the salad with the vinaigrette and enjoy!
